Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 7 business days. Pre-order items are handmade. To order, please allow a 6 week from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email. Please note the 6-8 week production time excludes any holiday closures.

If you placed an order with multiple items and not all items are in stock, the order will ship once all items are ready. If you would like items to ship as ready for an additional fee, please contact us.

If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, write us prior to ordering at parelionstudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Parelion is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.

Domestic orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days via HepsiJet. International orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or TNT. Transit time may vary (usually 1-3 days), we will inform the tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

International customers can send an email before placing an order to be clear on the exact shipping calculation based on their location. International customers are responsible for any custom duties or tax fees that may apply. All International orders are final sale.
