Terms

All international sales are final. Should your order arrive damaged, please photograph the item upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement.

All pieces are handmade in my studio in Istanbul and will have subtle variations in form & finish. Item dimensions may vary up to 5% as stated. Glaze coloration and texture will vary slightly from piece to piece.

Care

Hand-washing is recommended to extend the life of each piece. Glaze may patina subtly over time. Most of the pieces are food safe unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Domestic orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days via HepsiJet. International orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days using a third party freight shipper (UPS, FedEx, PTT or TNT). Standard international shipping might take up to 15 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please send us an email to coordinate. Transit time may vary, we will contact you once your order has been shipped.

International customers can send an email before placing an order to be clear on the exact shipping calculation based on their location.

Custom Orders

I take on custom orders depending on my current availability. Please send an email to inquire. For custom pieces pre-payment will be necessary, a private purchase link is created for each custom order.
