Distance Sales Contract
PARTIES OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. BUYER
The personal information provided during the purchase order is considered as the BUYER information.
1.2. SELLER

The SELLER is the operator of the e-commerce platform through which the order is placed.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Contract outlines the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties under the applicable consumer protection laws and distance sales regulations, concerning the sale, purchase, and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER through the electronic platform operated by Parelion Studio.
PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

Products: Type, quantity, brand/model, color, and price of the products are as selected and confirmed by the BUYER.

Payment Terms: Payment may be made via bank transfer or credit card.
The BUYER acknowledges that for credit card purchases, the relevant interest and installment terms are governed by their agreement with their bank.

Delivery Address: As specified by the BUYER at checkout.

Delivery: Products will be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER. If the BUYER is not present at the time of delivery, the SELLER is still considered to have fulfilled its obligations.

Delivering Party: The selected shipping/cargo company.

Invoice Address: As specified by the BUYER.

Shipping Fee: Domestic shipping costs are covered by the SELLER. For international orders, additional shipping costs based on destination will be displayed during checkout.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
4.1. Sales are made to individuals 18 years or older. Minors must involve a parent or guardian.
4.2. The BUYER confirms having reviewed and accepted the product’s basic features, price, and payment terms electronically.
4.3. Delivery will occur within 30 days, depending on the BUYER’s location.
4.4. The SELLER is not liable for delivery refusal by a third party.
4.5. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product as ordered and in proper condition.
4.6. Delivery occurs only after contract acceptance and payment confirmation.
4.7. If payment is reversed due to unauthorized card use, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days at their own expense.
4.8. In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster), the SELLER will notify the BUYER, who may cancel, modify, or postpone the order. Refunds for cancellations are made within 10 days.
4.9. The contract becomes valid once the BUYER checks the box: “I have read and accept the terms.”
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER fails to fulfill payment obligations, applicable interest and penalties under their credit card agreement with the bank apply. The BUYER is liable for legal expenses, and any damages incurred by Parelion Studio due to delayed payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may withdraw from the contract without any justification or penalty within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
For the withdrawal to be valid:

The BUYER must notify the SELLER via registered mail, email, or fax within 14 days.

The product must be unused and returned with:

The original invoice (and a return invoice if the order was issued to a company).

All original packaging, labels, and hygienic protection (if applicable) intact.

Once the return is received, Parelion Studio will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
If the product value is reduced due to use or damage, the BUYER may be liable for compensation.
JURISDICTION
Disputes arising from this contract will be handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of Istanbul/ Kadıköy.
This contract is valid once the BUYER has checked the “I have read and accept the terms” box.
